best eyeliner or pencil

i m using lorel eyepencil. i use it s eyeliner also. but it smudge under the eye and when i open my eyes liner mke the eyelid black. i hav tried applying face powder before also but................. eyelid is black and even eyeshadow is also black.
which is the good brand for eyeliner. plzzzzz help

I always use Lakme or else eyetex... For the past 5 years i am using it and i am pretty much satisfied with it...

the bet is street wear its real good have been using it since 2 years

i use eyetex.. nice one..
i dont use loose powder b4 applying eyeliner.. but u got to b really patient b4 u can open the eye.. let the eyeliner dry completely.. else it will spoil ur whole eye makeup...

i use lakme and eyetex eyeliner both are good and dry quickly so it doesnt smudge!!!as for kajal i use biotique and lakme eye pencil!they are very good as well!!!!
