Its a little hard to explain but let me try.

1. Take abt 16-20 inch thread. Knot the 2 ends.
2. Now use the index finger and middle finger of both hands and hold the thread so that the thread looks like a rectangle.
3. Now rotate your right hand fingers such that the thread gets twisted in the center and resembles a horizontal 8. You will still be holding the ends with your fingers.
4. First practice on your legs to be safe. Put the 'horizontal 8' thread on the hair to be removed. The hair should be on the left edge of the thread's twisted center.
5. Now with your right hand fingers widen the thread such that the twisted center will move left and pull the hair to be removed.
6. Repeat with opposite side for practice.

After gaining practice, you can do multiple hairs at once. Its a very handy skill for me. I always do my eyebrows myself at home.
Let me know if you have questions

Hi Fiona,

I think my thread about how to do threading might be helpful.

You can go here:" How to do threading--Step by step process"

Good luck! :D

Hi Manju,

Thanks for posting the threading method.
Now I am able to thread my eyebrows and upper lip myself.
Thanks once again
