Under eye blisters

HI every one ,
I am having tiny blisters under eyes /around the eyes. When I went to dermatologist , 2 years back , he said they are excessive sweat glands which projected out . (I have a very dry skin ).He did not recommend any medicine and told that nothing can be done . Now a days they are increasing and my face starts looking different . Any advice or suggestions please ??

It can be cure , but not immediate , it take some time

make cucumber paste ( and apply - at black area) wait for half hour and wash it off....
After that apply besan floor (with the mixture of milk) (make it has some thick paste) and apply it

do it weekly twice.....you will find the better results
