how to apply eyeliner on eyes?

Well, I had also faced the same problem some years back but now I am well trained in putting kajal. To put Kajal like bollywood actresses, draw a thin line using eyeliner at outer edge of the lower lid. If you want, use eyelinener on the upper lid as well. After thee eyeliner dries, use a roller kajal stick and fill the inside of the lower and upper lids with kajal. Fill the complete eye and do not leave the corners blank. Cover the eyeliner of the lowerlid also slightly with Kajal.

thanks all for the tips....i'm using kajal frm maybeline...but it spreads....i hv dark circles too .....so my eyes becomes a mess in no time...
