I am in desperate need of suggestions regarding renting out our apartment which is in Bannerghatta. The problem is we are in USA. We do however have a contact person who can negotiate & finalize the rental after we have finalized the tenant. Its a spacious 3 bedroom flat and location is excellent.

How can I put forth across by way of advertisement that this flat is available for rent when I am here in USA. Are there any websites which are very popular in Bangalore or do you know of any other resource there who can help me out. I came across sulekha website and planning to advertise there but wanted to see if there are any other avenues that you can suggest. Appreciate all your replies.
