Me and my wife have recently moved to USA.
We have following documents for my wife

1. Passport with valid H4 stamping and I-94
2. ATM Card with her name and photograph on it.
3. Bank Statement for last two months.
4. Social Security Denial Letter.
5. Driving License from New Delhi, INDIA.

My employer provides insurance but since i'm the primary insurance holder, her name does not appear on the card.
Please advise if above will be sufficient for 6 point verification in NJ. If not what will be the easiest and cost-effective way of getting the remaining points.
