I am in really confused situation. Please help me in dealing with it.

I am staying in city X. I am software engineer having 3+ years of experience with a gap of 6 months maternity leave.

For two years I was in project which I did not like at all or did not find the technology I was looking for. Then I went on maternity leave.
Then I joined same project back and asked for project release. As market was sluggish I did not find any opportunity outside as well.
But husband got some very good offer in city Y and moved to that, thinking I will join him soon with a new job.
But here I got very good project with technology I wanted to work in very good domain. I can learn much from this.
Now I am getting calls from companies in city Y too...but really do not feeling like leaving a company.

How to take decision..My family or my carrier.

It has happened with me before marriage. I was about to go onsite, my marriage got fixed and elders told u will get this later..I just quit and got married and relocated to city X.
Not getting how to take decision.
