In bangalore when I enquired few KVs they said there are no UKG admissions in KV. There it starts from I st std. And minimum age for Ist Std is 5 years. My question is, is it a good idea to put my son directly to Ist std, skipping UKG. Will there be any pressure on my son to learn the syllabus of Ist std? Also I am not sure of syllabus for UKG.

currently i have checked out jumbokids nearby. but it offers only till UKG. post that i need to look for a regular school.
