Hi IL friends:-)

This morning my walking buddies and I were having a general discussion of how long each wants to live on this earth. I said I want to get over my kids responsibilities and then I don't care however long or not. Some said they want to go as far as 100!! Some said if not for these kids I do not wish another day. So on and so forth......went our talk.

Now, can my IL friends tell me what would be their personal opinion on this.
C'MON just join for the sake of it. Nothing so serious really intended in this thread since we all believe in 'destiny' after all.

Anyway, if your number is as high as 100 then what are you doing towards achieving that?? Do you want to share here? You may if you please!!

Thanks a lot
Problem _ OKay, I have this wierd issue - I find that I am feeling extremely tired in the mornings.. Unable to get up even after 9 hours of sleep.. And when I do get up, If I dont drink that cup of chai, I can actually sleep back for another couple of hours :rant

Repurcussion _ I feel bad sometimes because as a wife and lady of the house, I always like to be the first one to be up etc. it has been literally my DREAM to get food ready before dh is up, so he can get up smeeling the wafting aroma of breakfast.. unfortunately still in dreams :bowdown
I also wonder, if I am like this, how can I ever be active and efficient when kids come :biglaugh

Information _ Also, I am studying side by side with my job. Although I am not a enthu exercise person, I manage to walk overall 2400 steps everyday just to give some exercise..

personally my only health details are, I am late twenties, medium weight, on the edge of hypertension ( by heredity) and hoping to go into ttc after a few months of healthing up..

I have been on mutivit off and on !

Questions _I want to know if I can make any life style/ food changes to increase my level of health - I dont want to sleep away so many hours ! :( My question also is, could this need for sleep and fatigue be any underlying problem ?So, any of you with such experience or with suggestions please help me..
During my pregnancy, I didnt' had any issues like low or high BP/sugar.
Last night when I was in kitchen after going back to home from office,I feel fainted with blurred vision feeling for few seconds....my husband held me and made me to sat on sofa.
I remember ,in my childhood also I fainted couple of times, once in a heavy rush train and other in a heavy rush movie theater.
As of now, I am pretty healthy with normal weight and body structure. My BMI is 24.5, which is normal. No major/minor changes in my diet. But sitting long hours in office is one thing I can say.
Though its not an issue as of now, but im just thinking if it will be an issue in longterm.
Looking forward for your inputs to overcome from this!!
I dont know how to explain this problem with doctor as its an intermittent issue and dont know when its going to happen.
But I clearly caught up this few times in last couple of months.
