Here is one I would like to share---

Home made chalupas

1.Make 1 round big tawa paratha and keep it aside.

2.If you have any left over rajma try to boil it untill all the water is absorbed (you can add some taco mix powder if you want).

3.Cut an onion, some hara dhania, tomato, cucumber and lettuce.

4.Now put the paratha on the tawa and add all the ingrediants + some salt and pepper.

5.wrap the paratha into a roll and add some cheese and ketchup on top. Put it in the microwave for 1 min or until the cheese melts and cut the paratha into 2 peices and serve hot.

My kids love it a lot. It's healthy and looks colorful too and that's why I want to share this recipe with the other mom's.

Hello Friends,
I am in a big dilemma. I have almost 10 months old daughter. Now, I want to start lactogen formula powder for her with my milk. It seems I am producing less. My DH always ask me not to use bottle. He says I should use bowl and spoon to feed her. The reason he gives that His teeth will be pushed forward if I will use bottle.

Is this correct? I think bottle nipples shape is like our breast nipple. So how can it be a reason for making baby's upper front teeth being pushed forward? Is there anyone who can help me in this matter.

Thanks,

OF late, I notice he is off some veggies (if you put them in pasta, he will have it, so I am not sweating it). But he wont have any fruits except orange.
DS has had a bout of diarrhoea and I want to limit orange, but heck. His tiny Highness will not eat other fruits ;-).
Pineapple rasam was a hit at home, I am looking at other deceptive ways of working in fruit. He likes apples, but I find most of the apple that is available throughout the year does not taste as good as seasonal fruits.
So mommies, grandmas: do help me with recipes to sneak in fruits that a kitchen-challenged, always in a mad rush to cook mom can do. Thanks in advance.

Hello all,
I need suggestions for my 7 month old girl.
I feed her bottled baby foods from Gerber or beechnut.
She is not too fond of what I make at home. I tried that plus it s almost the same cost I think minus the hassles. I am a busy mom and this works with me.
I am looking for tips to save on food jars if anyone of you uses it here.
I registered into some baby sites and I get coupons, plus I directly get coupons from Beechnut and Gerber's.

Any ideas ?
I will look into baby foods threads too.
