now my questions is.

1. how much does it cost to apply for hsmp teir1 visa
2. do i need to get a job offer before getting the tier1 visa..
3. is a salary of 52k pounds per year, reasonable in central london for a family of 3..
4. how long is the teir1 hsmp visa valid for..
5. once a teir1 hsmp visa is approved, do i need to get any stamping in passport, like we do in US.and can i travel multiple times in a year, outside UK,if i want to.
6. how is the standard of living in UK compared to US..like facilities,cleanliness,maintenance, weather etc etc..
