Ideas for killing time in weekends

Hi Ilites
This is my first post here.This is an amazing forum!!
I get extremely bored in weekends.I need some ideas for joining classes.I am put up at West Mambalam.I do not have a bike so i would like to w mambalam area.
I have perenial cold so do not want to join swimming.Other than that can anyone tell me any ideas.

Is there anyone teaching violin in w mambalam. I am also interested in learning bhajans .

Does anyone have an idea abt Udayaloor Klayana raman s bhajan classes. Someone told me that its held at Krishna Gana sabha. Any ideas are welcome.
I am 23 yr old and work fr IT>I need do something so that I can relax myself after a week longs tiring IT job.

Hey this is just the thing I was browsing for today. I want to go for some weekend classes for say an hour or so just to relax my mind to prepare it for work for the next week.

Please all I stay in Mylapore, suggest some ideas to rejuvenate my mind. I was actually thinking of learning some instrument, though i have zero knowledge about music. Interested to learn some different musical instrument like sitar or something. Please help.
