Hi,

I do not know of any paper jewellery classes as such, though I have seen it in a couple of places..
But I got this Funskool kit which helps you in making paper beads...

There is a forum called "Hobbies and Crafts" and you can find plenty of arts and craft creations from various people in the forum!!
