Short courses for event management

Hello,
Do any of you have information on courses available for event management? I was looking for a short-term crash course.
I would really appreciate responses.

Hi,

There are no training schools for event management. The reason being, it is more of a practical thing. I did my B.com at MOP Vaishnav College. There, we did one paper on event management. We learn the basics, and then orgnise events. If you are lookin at learning, try to join a EM company for 4-6 months? I beleive, as women most of us have an ability to manage homes - as like events. But training will help.
