    One doubt, Can we use the machine embroidery Rayon thread for cross stitch? Will that look good compared to the anchor hand embroidery thread and the like?

    as the machine embroidery thread is thin it will not be that much good .i think pearl cotton will be more catchy.[i'ven't tried].

    hi shami go to my thread 'my embroidery works " there i have posted dharwadi work(work done by u) on a chudi top...u get the idea how to use it..i have done for the neck, hands n as border to the chudi top...

    Yeah same idea like lakshmi has suggested!
    You can go for neck line and hands border and side border also..

    One more :idea is do same pattern like cross all over the top!
