enquiring about embroidery materials shop

Hi,
Can anyone living in chennai tell me where I an get aari work raw materials like beeds, stones, chamkis etc. near Mylapore. because I cudnt go to Parrys corner for every little things needed when Im working on a saree.:hiya

try Wahab stores bang opposite Mylapore station[thirumylai] my parents stay in mylapore thus i know this shop quiet well as we get our crafty materials from him.check out and let me know.

as jayashree suggested u can try wahab otherwise for exclusive aari work materials u have a shop in royapettah in dr.natesan road opposite to fousiya hospital and wen u go from luz it is before theerthabalishwarar temple it is a small shop u get all raw materials for aari there try that

Lyra, R.S. fancy stores in Adyar near the telephone exchange is my favourite haunt though my parents live in Mandaveli and I am closer to Wahab.
In R.S. fancy you can sit and relax and look thoroughly unlike in Wahab where there is always a crowd and he may not have all the stuff that you need.(My opinion)
