embroidery backing paper in chennai

hii friends i am in need of embroidery backing paper for my computerized embroidery machine i have checked in raja thread store, pandian thread store but its not available..i need tear away or water soluble stabilizer in chennai..

Hi tweety21,
I had purchased a roll of paper fusing ( tearaway type ) from Devraj Mudali street near Flower Bazaar police station a few years ago . In between the hardware shops there are a couple of shops selling tailoring materials wholesale. Since I am only a hobbiyst and use for personal embroidery only I have not been to that shop recently . ?But you can try there. I dont remember the names of the shops but I think you will find them if you walk down that street .

I think u r doing machine embroidery. I am having a singer talent embroidery machine. I am not able to do free hand embroidery. Is darning or embroidery foot a must? I tried by removing the all purpose foot but didn't succeed.please help?
