Chikankari Embroidery Kurti

    After learning chikankari embroidery in a stitch along I have purchased Mridulas chikankari embroidery course book. I have started to embroider a kurti with the designs from the course book. The neck I have done is here:

    Now the border motif. This design is also from the same book.

    Now the simple flower motif which I have embroidered in the body part repeatedly.

    I have done this embroidery in a plain cotton white material. Is cotton material to do chikan embroidery available in chennai? if any one knows please let me know thru comments.
