Embroidery--Ribbon embroidery

Ribbon embroidery is dimensional embroidery.I have used Split stitch,Back stitch,Japanese ribbon stitch and french knots.Roses are twirled roses.

Wow!!!!! ur ribbon embroidery is fantastic and u have chosen perfect colour combination, I liked the work very much, looking very neat also

fantastic work...the flowers are so neat n perfect...colour combo is too good....is it for wall hanging....whats is twirled roses..can we have close up pic of it.....if possible vl u share the design..want to do it for wall hanging(afraid to do on dresses ..we dont get good satin ribbons here..vl u suggest the names of the satin ribbons u used here..

hello Vani,
Impressive.I did see a video were a rose was done with a shaded ribbon....gives a dry effect in some corners of the petals etc.Do we get such ribbons here?Can we fabric paint the ribbon as suggested in a TV show to our choice of shades,dry it and then stitch the ribbon work?Your work is Beautiful.
