Training in india or usa?

I want to get training in QA and sql/plsql. Is it better to get the training in india or usa? What are the advantages/disadvantages of training in india vs usa? Generally how long will it take to get trained. 1 or 2 months is enough or will it take long.Thank you.

My suggestion is please do the course in USA. I went to some QA centers in chennai and not satisfied. But in US, they teach from an employment perspective (like give sample resumes, model interview questions, mock interviews etc)
