options for error checking

Hi,

I have joined a offline data entry program, conversion of image files to word files. I am ok in typing and using MS word. It requires 20 minutes to type a page and 10 minutes to see errors. For 1 or 2 mistakes, i have to see each and every line.
Is there any option to spell check with the image file, except MS word spelling and grammar check?.

please help me to save my time.

If your go to Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com and search for spell checking softwares, I am sure you will get a lot of tools to automatically do this task.

I thought MS word has spell checking option that can be turned ON or OFF and you can add your own words to its dictionary (can be useful at times). Else, OpenOffice Writer definitely has one (an it is a freeware)

I know MS word has the spell check option. I will try for other softwares in the sites you have given.
