Age criteria to get admission for LKG in CBSE schools

    Dear all,

    My son is going to be 3 years in Jan 2009. I want him to get admission in LKG for the next coming academic year. But since he will be only 3.5 years in June 2009, any one please let me know where they consider 3.5 yrs for LKG and mention some of the schools in bangalore on the same. Thanks..

    Hi Sujaya , my two cents here ; please ignore if this response is of no value :)

    3 and half years is right age for your son to join the school . However , let him first go to a Play School
    or a Nursery for a couple of months starting from Jan / Feb so that he does not afraid of the School .

    Bangallore is known for prestigious schools and co-members from the city will be responding here .

    However , you may also search on the internet with cbse bangallore as key words and the first
    two results give you the required information . My personal opinion is to seek suggestions from your
    neighbors and look for a best school near by your locality ...
