Learn PHP Programming and MySQL

Hi Friends,

I'm interested in learning PHP Programming. I'm totally new to PHP but i do have some web designing, photoshop and html knowledge.
I purchased a book on "PHP Programming with MySQL" by Don Gosselin at Barnes n Nobles.
Is there anyone interested in a study group or want to learn PHP with me or is there someone who has experience and knowledge in PHP would like to help me?
We can do hand-on-projects and case projects given in this book and help each other out along the way.
