Help regarding career in PHP & MySQL platform

Hi all,

I am an MCA student and i have 3 yrs of experience in web programming with PHP and Mysql being my skillset. After marriage i came to US and been a house wife for nearly 1.5 yrs. My application for H1 has been picked in the lottery and awaiting for a good news of approval. Dont know how much possible it is. If at all everything goes well, i will be able to work from Nov'08 onwards. So thought of refreshing my skills before that.

Can someboy help me with this. Are any of our IL's working in PHP, MySQl platform.If so i would like to know the current scenario and clear some technical doubts.I am planning to take the Zend Certification very soon.
