Aero space / aviation engineering

My sister's son has secured 93% marks in Intermediate (12th) in AP. He is giving entrance exams for engineering but he is interested only in Aero space engineering. During the year there were three - four deaths in his close family inlcuding his grandfather hence, he studed in a very disturbed atmosphere. He is not very confident that he gets a good rank in the competitive exams since he did not any attend any coaching institute. He is otherwise a very brilliant student. Can u please give me the names of institutes / colleges which offer aviation engineering - government as well as private. Is Amity in Delhi good?

My Brother is doing Aeronautical engineering which is of 4 years course.. now he is in in his 3rd year..When my brother wants to join we enquired for different colleges in delhi, pune , chennai, bangalore.. bangalore one is the best but as its more costly.. we cant afford it for him at that time.. swe heard in delhi college some three years diploma course is good but the engineering course is not good.. so we prefered for pune and not enquired about chennai college..as we dont have much links over there.. He joined in Pune for the first year.. But after one year he shifted to chennai college as the practial lab facilities are not good in pune and he got the information from his seniors as chennai college is having good faculty and also campus selections.. In aeronautical they are having this facility they can shift to any college at any point of time.. because they will be considered under the aeronatical society what ever state it may be not like the state unviersitys for normal engineering courses ..

He find the chennai one is good.. and he is comfortable here.. as you might be knowing Aeronautical enginerring is very tough you cant clear all the papers in 4 years.. so ask your sister's son be prepared for the extra semisters..
