h4 visa....non technical background....no work experience

Hi friends,
Am on H4 visa in USA for last 4years. I have no work experience and also am from non technical background (B.com in 2004). Now that my kid is going to school am thinking of doing something. But for non technicals, H1B have hurdles and there are high chances of getting it rejected. My husband is saying to do MS in computers here. But it will take another 3-4 years. And I think it's too late now.Plz suggest me something friends as am not able to decide anything.
My communication skills are not that good. So not sure which type of job to look for. Sitting at home here is so depressive. Plz any suggestions and helpful tips.
