Question Masters Degree for a Diploma holder

HI All,

My brother is a diploma holder and has about 15 years of work experiance. Now he wish to pursue his studies through distance education. He wanted to earn a masters degree, preferably MBA. Can someone suggest me if there are any distance education programs to earn Masters degree where Diploma holders are eligible to apply?

Any comments would greatly be appreciated!!

Thanks in Advance...

Indu..
