How you all feeling?Hope u gals are enjoying final stage of pregnancy, Updates abt me: just today finished my 36th week antenatal appointment Baby is doing fine ,BP and urine test are normal,On moday I am having my scan really I donno why they are taking it, they told me they will take one scan in last 4 weeks.Baby is in cephalic position now.

Gals, I had one doubt.I finished my glucose test in London, where the result came as normal , here again they ask me to take 3 hrs glucose which i took it on last week, but result is positive for glucose .there is no trace of sugar in urine, there is no sugar in normal blood test.Anyway am having my appointment again on monday for my scan, during that time let me clarify it.Other than that everything is normal.

Good to know most of you girls are doing well.

I was just wondering vasuma09 where you went for sometime in India. Thought maybe you delivered :)

My update/question- I am having increased vaginal discharge for the last 2 days. Not sure if its the mucous plug or something else. Called my midwife and she said its common at the end of pregnancy.Has anyone else have this?It is so more during the night time, I am forced to change panty liners and wear pads quite often. Its not smelly but just a white fluid sometimes with a little tingling of blood. MW told me this is also normal as the cervix is trying to efface and prepare itself. Just need to call mw if this is still the case.

I just went for a 1 hr walk yesterday evening and when I came back I had pain below my tummy on the left side.Couldnt bear it for 1 hr. Doubted if it was due to heart burn(gas) or contraction. Havent experienced what a contraction feels like before and dint want to call the delivery suite unless it was unbearable since they would ask me to come and put me on monitors for hrs and ask me to go back. Now its fine.

Its 3:40 am now. Cant sleep due to the discharge and frequent visit to the loo. :(

pw i guess it is common to have the discharge at this stage. as long as your mw says its is ok u should be fine...evrybody is different.

also he pain in side happend t me also . again now is the time to just pray and relax you are fine.....

Finished my 36th week scan, baby is fine in cephalic position, slightly big baby.apart from that urine, bp all normal

Tomorrow I am having one more glucose test , keeping my fingers crossed.I am not sleeping enough these days, hardly 3 hrs.

hi dec moms,

Guess we are the next in line with november coming to a close. i have entered into my 38th week now.i dont have an appointment with my Gyn till 39 weeks..guess that should be fine since my cervix was still tight around 36 weeks.
other than the usual streching pain i get havent had any significant signs of labor so far.have also been regular with household work (with MIL ard ;) ) and also have been hitting the gym 3 times a week. to all second time moms is it normal not to have any signs of labor till 38 weeks.will i end up in a C section?

hw about other dec moms.anybody feeling they will go into labor earlier than expected? i havent taken any GTT after 27 weeks. my gyn didnt ask me to take one is it normal?

had my antenatal yesterday.All parameters are normal.I have been asked to get admitted on 3rd morning at 6 am IST.I think the c section will be performed before 9.00 am.

Just getting my home in order.Mom will be here this Saturday.
