hospitalised at 35 weeks

Dear ils
Discharged today after being hospitalised at 35weeks pregnant bcoz i started contractions,lower back pain ,diarehea all signs of labor. Dr there not wanted b4 37 weeks and so gave steriod shots to develop baby' lungs ,hormonal iv and duvadilan which contains isoxsuprine to stop contractions.
I am now on duvadilan 10mg thrice a day apart from vitamins n minerals.

My question is How much time more i can get b4 real labor? 37 is fine for me but wud like to carry on till 40 weeeks. Anyone been in my position?can eating some so called cool foods help me see 40 week?
