ohh God its seems so early.. cant believe it.. I dont think I am prepared for it.. wat do you gals think...

Came to mother's place for pongal and could not update here...and am going stay here only for next few months...
enjoying mother's food and taking good rest...
am working from home now for next one month and then will take leave...

i have started noting down baby kick counts from yesterday...

Am happy to see few of you are busy with valaikappu arrangements... keep us updated...

Wow Karthiga... you are lucky to be with your mother during this time.. make the most of it ..

About the kick counts... wat time do you start counting? during the day or night?? My LO has changed his pattern, earlier he used to be very active in the afternoons.. around 2-3 pm... these days he is calmer during the day.. but has a party in there during night.. I am not able to sleep properly because of that.. I am thinking.. if I have to count the kicks at night.. it will be real confusing... in half sleep..
My doctor said, we dont have to do it until 32 weeks.. so i still have a month or so to start...

Last 2 days, I am having severe pain in lower abdomen and couldn't stand and walk. Previously when I was in 3rd month, I had this problem and doctor gave me Duvadilan tablet. So this time also, I am taking the same tablet and now feeling better. Any one experience the same?

Hi Simplegirl,
I had my 1 hour GTT around 10 days ago.. It went fine.
Just make sure you cut down on carbs a few days before your test. Eat whole grains whenever you can-and don't give in to late night sweet cravings.
