Question Is Dwarka good enough?

My daughter has got admission into Preisidium and we are willing to put her to the Dwarka branach. Our office is at janak puri district center and we are thinking of shifting our rented residence to dwarka so as it bcumes easy for her and so as I can also get back home comfortably through metro BUT I have no idea as to how is Dwarka as far as residentials is concerned. Plz give suggestions about the Presidium branch there if any of yours kids are there and also regarding residence like-
1.which are good areas to reside close to sector 16
2.how comfortably approachable are the daily amenities like markets for day to day households and otherwies for some shoppings too
3.what would be the rent for a good 2bhk or 3bhk in a good(not very posh required)locality
4.safety for the kid and grandparents.we are a family of 5.we 3 and my in laws.
5.we wish to make her join some evening hobby classes like swimming, dance, coming summer onwards. is it easily available there?
6.are full time maid agencies available and what would be their approx charges for untrained maids.
Other facts about Dwarka that we should know before staring hunting for a house. Kindly guide us with any possible information.

Thanks,
Dr.Supriya.
