thanks for the compliments.In a way it is tough, since we have to keep up with the times, constantly updating the data available.While previously, we had brought up our own children, drawing from our own experience and the influence of our parents.There was little information explosion.Now we have to balance our expertise with the latest developments.

You are so right. These days we are flooded with informations but you know what, the basics remain the same.
