Food at Orange Hara New Delhi

I had a dinner there.. The food was real tasty. I had Neza Kebab – it is a tender chicken flavoured intensely with saffron and char-grilled to a golden hue.
And

Mattarwali Tikki – it is a pan griddled tikkis of green peas stuffed with cheese and mint.

They were really very nice.. I wish I could prepare them at home.. Does someone know the recipes?
