Default Yoga Asanas

I have found Yoga to be very rewarding...

I do them everyday after getting up from sleep for atleast 1/2 an hour..

"Place the right foot on the left thigh and the left foot on the right thigh...with the soles upward, and place the hands on the thighs, with the palms upwards...This is called Padma-asana, the destroyer of all diseases.

This is a nice one and very relaxing.... How many do Yoga or go to classes?

Default Re: Yoga Asanas

Hey! I see taht to a basic step for yoga.. Evenso thanx for sharing.. Yoga indeed is very good.

For women these are the best asanas..

Utthita Shirshasana, Matsyendrasana, Kagasana, Nabhiyasana, Yoniasana and others.

yoga practice helps in enhancing the physical beauty and relaxes the body completely... I hope Ladies who do yoga's might be knowing about the asanas I am talking about..

Default Re: Yoga Asanas

You know I had problem with tucking my tummy. It looked weird when I wore dresses. Mostly I called it tires, but I tried an Asana,

Its sitting in Padma-asana and then trying to touch the head to the floor..

I used to do 20 times in a day and it really helped tucking my tummy in.. Atleast I dont get the tires looking from my dress.
