For women these are the best asanas.. Utthita Shirshasana, Matsyendrasana, Kagasana, Nabhiyasana, Yoniasana and others.
yoga practice helps in enhancing the physical beauty and relaxes the body completely... I hope Ladies who do yoga's might be knowing about the asanas I am talking about..
