Real Estate in Gurgaon

Hi All

I am looking to invest in real estate in Gurgaon but not able to find any good point of contact or property dealer with good knowledge of completed and upcoming projects in the area. Please suggest any contacts or share news about properties in Gurgaon which you might have invested in or are planning to or know about. Any type of information will be great help to me.

What kind of properties in Gurgaon are you looking for - residential or commercial. If residential, apartments or independent houses. This information will help in zeroing in on the projects you are looking for. And your budget, that is important.

You can look out for developer websites like Unitech, DLF, Parsvnath, Vatika etc. for their projects. Hope this helps...

Thanks for answering.

I am looking to buy property for residential purpose. I prefer an independent house or a plot or a floor. Not so much interested in apartments. I am thinking to invest around 50L.
Though I prefer to go for already completed projects but I am open for new upcoming projects too from good builders.

I have checked the websites of big builders like DLF, EMAAR MGF, Vipul etc. but most of their projects are sold out, I came to know that property dealers buy these properties when they are in booking and sell them later on. So I need to find a good property dealer in Gurgaon.

I am living in USA so it is getting really tough for me to find reliable contacts or to know about good projects.
Any information will be highly appritiated.

Its the age of online real estate in India. You may also check out the online real estate websites like MagicBricks, 99acres, IndiaProperty, etc. for a wider choice of options. I wonder if 50L will get you property in a prime location in Gurgaon...

Anyone knows the current property price in Gurgaon?
