Default What is Fruit Diet All about

Have you ever had a perfectly ripe mango or peach, picked from the tree? You bite into its soft flesh, sweet juice drips down your chin, living with flavor.. Yummy..

Sometimes we feel overweight but do not know the right way to shed it down. I think FRUIT DIET might help.


All Fruit Diet is a Cleansing and Detoxification Program


I am going to lay out a 30–day fruit diet plan, Actually, this is going to be a modified version of the standard fruit diet. While you will still eat an abundance of fruit, we are adding fresh vegetable juice and a daily tablespoon of flax oil.

For the first three days, eat as much fruit as you desire, with the addition of two tall glasses of vegetable juice with a tablespoon of good oil mixed in. Do not limit your intake of fruit for the first three days.

After that,

Begin your day with a large portion of higher-calorie fruit like bananas, grapes or mangos.

Allow yourself to get a little hungry before having another fruit meal.

On more active days, eat a greater amount of fruit. If you have a day of leisure, then cut back.

Continue to drink two tall glasses of fresh veggie juice twice a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening.

Do not rob yourself of eating pleasure by counting calories. All the fruit you are ingesting is low-concentrated food, light in calories and high in water and fiber, so enjoy.

I hope you will enjoy this because in the end you will always find Some weight Shed, Glowing skin and lots of energy in the body.

Sounds interesting, Fruits all the time but I was wondering is it only for detoxification or also for weight loss.. But The answer is natural.. its for both.

So before starting this plan it is always good to make a plan of your own and keep it strictly.

After many research a great deal of scientists agree that:
raw fruits and (cooked) vegetables are the only right nutrition for human beings.

If you are eating Five different kind of food in a day then continue that for a week and then change the plan for the next week. It helps keeping a check on our weight.
