Rajasthani Kadhi

    Hope so many friends will love this Rajasthani Kadhi.
    1 big bowl of filtered curd can use butter milk also but little thick.
    1 table spoon of besan
    1/4th t spoon haldi or turmeric powder
    1/2 t spoon red chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 t spoon small size rai
    4-5 curry leaves
    pinch of hing or asefoetidia
    1 table spoon oil
    crushed 4-5 cloves of garlic ( as per choice)
    fresh coriander leaves
    For Pakodi
    2 large spoons besan
    1/2 t spoon red chili powder
    1/4 t spoon ajwain
    salt to taste
    choped green coriander leaves
    water
    Oil to fry
    Method-----First make pakodi to add salt, ajwain, chili powder and coriander leaves in besan mix well and make a thick consistency for pakodi by adding water. In a medium heat place kadai or pan and add oil. Make small size pakodi's and keep aside. After completing all the pakodis reduce the oil in kadai . add 1 spoon besan, haldi, chili powder and salt in curd and mix well with hand grinder. In kadai's oil add rai, curry leaves, hing and garlic ( as per choice) and add curd mixture. stir well and keep stirring continously till it started to boil at medium heat. let it boil for 10 minutes. add water if it needed. add pakodi and shift in a serving bowl. garnish with fresh green coriander leaves and can eat with chapati, puri, paratha or rice, pulaov.
