Ingredients 2 Packs of Mushroom (approximate 400 gms) 3 Onions 3 Tomato 2 tea spoon Garam Masala Salt to Taste 1 tea spoon Chili Powder Amul Creme Cleaning Process Clean Mushrooms and Tomatoes Cutting Process Remove the stem of Each Mushroom and cut only button side into 4 slices for all of them. Prepare Tomatoes Puree just by grinding in mixer. Cut all 3 onions Cooking and Processing Time Switch on Stove . Put the Pressure cooker on it pour 2 table spoon of any edible oil. Add Onions . Let it fry a while for 2 mins. Add Mushroom. Now add Tomato Puree Add Salt, chili powder , garam masala Stir well And close the lid. Wait for 4 whistles . (NO NEED TO ADD WATER) Open it and remove from the stove and now add half pack of creme mix well Serve Hot with Chapathi/Roti/Naan Less Spicy , Rich Flavour - Even Kids and Elders can Enjoy .
Good recipe....but I have one question as I never used mushroom much....when we give 4 whistles...mushroom will be mashed or they will just soften????
