Hi ladies,

Just wanted to share my creation. Oreo stuffed cookie surprise.
Baked this for cake club at office. Won prize for creativity.

This cookie is stuffed with a whole oreo cookie. It tastes delicious to bite into cookie and find that there is actually a second cookie hidden inside.

I decorated it with fondant and sugar pearls. The flower, I got ready-made from supermarket.
