very good thread ammu. just one whistle of badam in pan will make the skin peel easily. can store a piece of charcoal in the fridge to deodour it. tomatoes, put in a jar of water with a tablespoon of salt , willkeep it fresh for atleast 3 weeks.(change water once in 5 days) after cooking dal, keep it in casserole, till being used for. this will save the gas consumption. cook all skinned vegs. with the skin in the pressure cooke3r. then remove it and peel the skin. its benefits.1. skin peeled very easily. 2. nutrients are retained.once again thank you ammu for this thread. please dont discontinue this. bye.
