Sometimes we all get tired of having the same tea with milk:coffee. I usually make black tea or sometimes ice tea with lemon and honey.

Last week, none of us were in a mood to have regular chai after a big lunch at noon. So, here is what I came up with and we all loved it!:cheers

    For 3 cups of tea....

Bring three cups of water to a boil and switch off flame. Roughly tear some mint leaves and crush some ginger. Add these to the boiled water with half teaspoon of tea leaves or maybe just one tea bag (as per strength desired). Allow to infuse.

Strain and add sugar to taste. (I liked it without sugar)

This turned out to be such a refreshing change from the regular black tea.

I hope you will try it and also like it.:thumbsup
