tutorial-tranformation of soft squeeze tube in to a bird

hi,all
presenting an easy tutorial .first photo shows the half way work towards creative transformation.second one ,finished work.this bird can be used as decorative hanging in kid's room.can also serve as mobile toy hung on a cradle.it is best example of best out of waste.
materials:
empty soft squeeze tube
fabric scraps
fabric glue
golden & orange coloured paper (of invitation card)
2 bindis (hindi word)
jari thread from wedding card
scissors,needle &thread,few embellishments.
Procedure:----
cut 30x6 cms band from fabric scrap & wrap it around the tube.apply little fabric glue to secure it in place.
also wrap (jari)thread around.cut small piece of fabric &gather it a little & secure it with needle & thread to form tail.similarly make wings on both sides.
cut wing shape from golden paper & stick it over the fabric wings, also put embellishments.
cut a haif circle ,make a cone, cut the curved edges & flatten to stick to make beak.
stick bindis for making eyes.attach a jari thread to hang the bird.
the bird is ready.

 

Reduce your consumption,Reuse things and Recycle them after the use to help producing less waste.
also let your kid understand that every waste is not actually waste,few things can be used to make best out of waste.
