Cold porcelain Clay Making : Method & Useful Link

Hey guys ...this is my first thread...and I hope this will be useful.
Often I have read about people working with clay....ceramic pwd with fevicol,
chalk powder mix...but Cold Porcelain can be a great one to work with.
It can be made very easily at home ...with simple items what we generally have in our house. The results with this clay are very fine and they look great too....
There are lot of recipes avaliable to make cold porcelain...but this is the recipe I follow.

THINGS YOU NEED :
3/4 cup fevicol
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Pond's cold cream
1 teaspoon glycerin
1 cup cornstarch or little more to dust ur hands.

Mix the fevicol, water, cold cream, and glycerin in a pan.
Stir it over medium heat until it's smooth.
When the ingredients are nice and smooth, add 1 cup of cornstarch.
Be careful the mixture will transform very quickly at this point.
Continue stirring. The mixture will rapidly become quite stiff.
When the mixture forms one clump and has pulled away from the sides of the pan, it's done.
Let it cool a bit and wrap it a damp cloth.
Knead the clay through the wet towel until it's cool enough to handle.
Once you feel the temp is normal,
Keep a small bowl of cornstarch nearby, and keep lots of it dusted on your hands so the clay doesn't stick. You can also dust the surface of the plate with cornstarch as needed.
you have to knead it well and after a while it will be smooth and ready to use.
You can also store it in a airtight container.

I am currently living in Saudi arabia and was pretty depressed with loosing interest in everything ...i was just browsing the net ....and i happened to visit this site and i had the feeling that i am not alone and i can do something and share it here and share my experience with all you guys....really this is a new hope and i will keep this up ...give me sometime and i will definitely post my new works soon...thanks for being a great support ! meanwhile ...you try out and post them soon
