Is it a work done as we do handbags in woolen?
Ot is it a thread work?
Shall you kindly explain the work or send a bit clear photo?
I have done such Gods figure in Beads.
This seems to be different.

Hello,
Ther was a time after 1986 when crafters latched to latch work.I bought the hook ot of fascination and no one to teach.So when is the tutorial starting?All forgotten craft is coming back.To comment on the pictures is beyond capacity.How did you count the pattern and latch?I remember wool has to be cut short in lenght and the latch used to pull the loop.Have you cut the threads in the top afer finishing?Too many doubts with little knowledge!

hi viji........this is done wid little thicker wool u get mats in meters cut to the desired shape u have a needle to do this work cut the wool for one finger long fix it in the needle and pull it thro' the loop in the mat hope u understand something from my explanation

hi jsri ....... u r right u have to cut the wool short in length and work thro' the needle and i haven't cut the wool after finishing

whatever way you work, you need a lot of patience for doing this work. Very nicely done indeed.

your work is very beautiful. How did you get the design on the mat? I too have done a rug work but the mat had a printed design on it. kindly let us know about how to get the design on the mat.
To cut the wool easily here's an idea:idea ..... wind the wool around a long scale evenly and cut in the middle lengthwise. This method is used to make pompom dolls
