This one is for the calorie concious people, who want to eat tasty food..
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken (approx 10 pcs)
6-7 flakes garlic
10 green chillies
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp ajino moto
salt to taste
Method:
-cut the chicken into 1/2 inch pcs.
-chop chillies, cut garlic finely.
-Marinate chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, salt, ajinomoto, sugar, tomato sauce, I tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water for 2 hours.
-Put in pressure cooker now, and give one whistle.
-cool to room temperature
-now put on fire and dry all the liquid
-heat 1 tbsp oil. fry garlic and green chillies. Add chicken pcs. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
-remove and serve hot.
*Adjust seasonings as per taste
