Post Green Peas Sandwiches

GREEN PEAS SANDWICHES

Ingredients
8 bread slices
1 large tomato, thinly sliced

To be mixed into a filling
1 cup green peas, boiled and crushed
1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mayonise
1 tablespoon cheese spread
salt to taste

Method

1. Toast the bread slices.

2. Arragne the tomato slices on a toasted bread slice.

3. Top with the filling and cover with another slice of toasted bread to make a sandwich.

4. Repeat with remaining bread slices, tomato slices and the filling to make three more sandwiches.

5. Serve hot.
