Default Tangy Vegetables with Baby Corn

Ingredients ;

400 gm chopped mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, beetroot, french beans. baby corn, capsicum) parboiled with salt to taste.
1 cup fresh yogurt
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp vinegar
freshly ground pepper to taste
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste.

Method :

Combine the cooked vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Heat without bringing to a boil. serve hot. decorate with baby corn slices.
