PALAK & ASHGUORD RAITHA


Ingredients :

Grated coconut – ½ cup

Grated ashguord – 1 cup

Palak (washed in salt water, strained, chopped) – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Cut dates – ¼ cup

Elaichi powder – ¼ tsp

Salt as required

Dry fruits – 1/3 cup

Curd – 3 cups



Method :

Take curd in a bowl and add all other ingredient to it.

The amount of the ingredients can be altered as per individual taste and liking.
