Green chillies finely chopped
salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
Marinate chicken in ginger garlic and green chille paste and boiled it then shred and keep it aside. In a pan put little butter or oil add garlic paste and chopped green chillie then add the chopped vegetables. Saute them till soft and tender. mix the shredded chicken and vegetable together. In another pan make a white sauce (recipe given below) then add chicken vegetable mixture, mix well. Let it cool. When cool take little mixture in your hand and put it on the bamboo stick using the vermiccel sev or rava. Dip the whole stick in the sev or rava keep aside. Do the same with the remaining mixture. Now dip each stick in egg and fry. Serve with chutney and tomato sauce.

White sauce:

In a pan take 3 to 4 tbsp butter then add 6 tbsp maida mix well lumps should not be formed. Add salt and pepper powder and mix 1/2 cup milk continously mixxing. White sauce is ready.

Believe me it sound as it required lots of efforts but when u make it its simple and easy. My 4 year old daughter loved it. Good for tiffin also. very very nutritious a sit involves lots of vegetables.
