| Ingredients: 1½ condensed milk 1½ cup maida (refined flour) 1 tablespoon – castor sugar 1½ teaspoon – baking powder ½ cup butter 1¾ teaspoon – vanilla essence ½ cup almond Method: Soak the almonds overnight and grind to a fine paste. Beat all the ingredients together and pour into a greased and dusted baking tray adb bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°c or 350°f or till it turns golden white. Allow to cool before turning top to serve. |
